Update an IT support site to have Missouri Online branding.
Redesign the site in Adobe XD and use CSS to restyle it in Freshdesk.
This project started with a request from the Academic Technology department, who oversee tech support for students. The site they use using is in Freshdesk, as opposed to the Drupal sites that most departments used. They had good reason for continuing to use Freshdesk; The IT requests that they got were through Freshdesk, so using the platform as a website made it easier to connect users to the IT solutions they needed. As such, the development team and I needed to come up with a way to update the look of the site while working with the technical limitations of customizing CSS in Freshdesk.
